The news ticker plugin is compatible with IE (tested back to IE6) but due to the fact that Drupal core loads jQuery 1.2 and the ticker requires jQuery 1.4, the demo may not load in IE on this page due to the loading of 2 versions of jQuery. You can view an alternative demo in IE.
